Angiology
Angiology is a painless method with no harmful side effects to study the diseases of the arteries and veins of the upper and lower extremities. It allows us to detect vascular risk factors and monitor arterial and venous blood flow. It can help to rule out or rule in the possibility of varicosity, vasoconstriction and deep vein thrombosis.
Angiology studies the patient as a whole. The condition of arteries is greatly influenced by age and lifestyle habits. Vascular disease often comes along with other diseases as well. Pathological changes can occur in the blood vessels of the heart or in the coronary arteries. We use Doppler ultrasound device to monitor the condition of the veins and study the blood flow. Our specialist uses comprehensive modern methods to diagnose vascular diseases.
